Horses have always been a very important part of my life, so when I got the chance to work at a barn (that allows me to still take pictures!) I couldn’t pass it up. I’ve been there for roughly a year now and this past week was the first official week of summer camp. This is the first time this barn has held a camp that runs all day (well 9-4) five days a week and while it had it’s rough patches, we finally found our groove at the end and I think it was a rousing success!
These are the photos I snapped on the final day of camp. I’m so proud of all the riders who attended! Even in just five days, they each learned so much and made great strides (see what I did there?!) towards becoming great horsemen and women.
If you are a parent (or grandparent) of any of the students who attended and wish to have the photos of your camper, please e-mail me and I’ll send you the files in a downloadable gallery!
